Orders
Pulp & Stitch is proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders!
For each shipment that goes out we send an email with shipping details and tracking information. If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your SPAM folder.
To track your order manually or check order status, sign into Your Account using your email and password.
Go to the order history and details section. Click on the order reference you want to track and a drop down menu should appear with a link to your order.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective and we promise to fix it immediately.
To help us resolve this quickly for you, please email us at hello@pulpandstitch.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include details regarding the issue, photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other information you may have about your order.
We’ll fix things as soon as possible so you can start wearing your awesome new gear!

Each product we add to our catalog on PulpandStitch.com is thoroughly tested for wash and wear durability to ensure long-lasting quality.
Please note that in the rare event a specific piece of our usual blank apparel is out of stock, we reserve the right to choose a suitable replacement for the original product and automatically substitute it in your order. Finding a comparable product that still meets our high standards means avoiding shipping delays so you can get your awesome new threads as quickly as possible. This refers only to the blank apparel itself, the fabric color and print design you choose will remain exactly the same.
Did your new apparel arrive with a slight smell or visible residue? Don't worry, this is perfectly normal and will go away after the first wash!
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie, you may sometimes notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. This is not unusual as it's simply a harmless byproduct of our manufacturing process and is not permanent.
Any leftover smell and/or residue is from a fixation agent applied during the printing process. This pre-treatment helps the ink bond with the fabric and we promise it will go away after the first wash.
In order for you to prolong the life of your new Pulp & Stitch apparel, we suggest the following care instructions:
Machine wash the garment cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, but only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary but do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
Please follow these directions and keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions only reflect the fabric’s care and don't take into consideration our printing process or inks.
Returns
Each Pulp & Stitch item is custom made just for you at the time of your order. Because of this, all sales are final unless there is damage or defect with the product. We do not offer returns and exchanges otherwise.
But if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know right away at hello@pulpandstitch.com! Be sure to include photos of wrong/damaged items with as much detail as possible so we can sort everything out for you right away.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Each Pulp & Stitch item is custom made just for you at the time of your order, so all sales are final.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please review the sizing charts available on the product page for each item listed in our store.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled and you receive the wrong garment. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@pulpandstitch.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item, including its inside label and original packing slip. After review, we’ll send you a new one or issue you a refund.

Because of this, it generally takes 2–7 business days to create your new apparel. After production, it takes another 2-5 days to arrive at its destination if within the USA. Destinations in Canada may take 3-8 to arrive following production, while Europe and other international destinations may take up to 7-14 days.
We ship nearly 98% of our orders within 5 business days, with more than 50% of our orders shipping in under 3 business days. Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
We partner with global carriers such as FedEx, USPS, DHL, and DPD to give you the best shipping experience possible.

Depending on order destinations and fulfillment locations, additional customs and tax fees can occur on some international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Pulp & Stitch is not responsible for these extra fees and the buyer must pay them in order to receive their order.

Although exceptionally rare, packages do sometimes get lost in transit. Please email us at hello@pulpandstitch.com if the expected delivery date has passed and your order still hasn't arrived.
Before getting in touch with us, however, please help by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbor's in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro Tip: Package theft is on the rise - If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you or a trusted recipient will be!
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@pulpandstitch.com. Be sure to include your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new shipping charges will be at your own expense.
Double Pro Tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right.
