Refunds & Returns

Each piece of Pulp & Stitch apparel is custom printed just for you at the time of ordering. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds or returns unless there is damage or defect with the product.

Because there are no exchanges for size or color, please be sure to consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience), before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly.

At Pulp & Stitch, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility.

In the rare event you do receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly offer a free replacement. Contact our customer service department at help@pulpandstitch.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include as much information as possible about your issue, including a description of the problem as well as photos of the item in question and its packing slip.

Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective apparel, poor-quality print, incorrect item, or damaged in transit.

If we are not contacted within this 14-day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be possible.

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip, receipt or proof of purchase.

We have the right to refuse your return if we feel the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us, we will send it back to you.

We cannot make changes to order once it is placed so please check all your details, including item size, item color, and shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.
